Clay Crouch
Owner
Clay Crouch is a lifelong East Texan who was born and raised in Tyler. He entered the roofing industry in 2017 and co-founded BXC Roofing in 2019 with a vision of building a company centered around quality work, strong relationships, and taking care of people. Outside of BXC, Clay enjoys spending time with his wife and family, being at the lake, and just about any action sport that comes his way.
Blake Wilabay
Owner
Born and raised in East Texas, Blake Wilabay entered the roofing industry in 2018 and co-founded BXC Roofing in 2019. With a passion for construction and a hands-on approach, Blake enjoys being part of the process of bringing projects to life. He is married with two young children and enjoys spending his free time outdoors hunting, fishing, and making memories with his family.
Jeffrey Glasco
General Manager
Jeffrey Glasco moved to East Texas during high school and has called the area home ever since. He brings 27 years of sales experience and 22 years of management experience, with a passion for leading people, building strong relationships, and helping teams succeed. Jeffrey has been married for 18 years, and outside of work, you’ll usually find him coaching his 9-year-old son’s football, baseball, and basketball teams.
Adam Franks
Sales
East Texas has been home for Adam Franks his whole life. Adam brings 16 years of sales experience and 12 years of management experience to the BXC team. His background in sales and leadership has given him a passion for working with people and helping teams succeed. Adam is married with three children and enjoys spending his free time with his family and just about anything sports-related.
Jordan Dunn
Operations Manager
Jordan Dunn has called East Texas home for the past 10 years and is proud to be part of the community. He brings 8 years of construction experience and 4 years of management experience to the BXC team, with a strong understanding of both the field and day-to-day operations. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys playing golf and watching sports with family and friends.
